Prize: $500 Scholarship and the opportunity to perform as a featured soloist with the Tehachapi Symphony Orchestra.
Criteria: Must be a Kern County Resident between the ages of 14-22.
Instrument: Applicants must play a standard orchestral instrument. Piano soloists are not accepted at this time.
Repertoire is subject to approval by judges.
